Store Policy, Shipping and Returns

PROCESSING

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.


SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping is available to all 50 states, Washington DC and US territories. Packages are delivered within 5-7 business days via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking information will be provided after item is shipped. Shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on number of pieces purchased.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are only available for domestic shipping within the US and are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days for an additional $30 fee. To request a rush order please email info@jisbel.com with the subject line “RUSH ORDER”. Rush orders are currently not available for international orders.

International Shipping

International shipping is delivered within 10-15 business days depending on location. Tracking information is only available for orders within the continental US.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Please note that most international packages are held by your local customs. We are obligated to disclose the exact content of your package with corresponding value. All international customers are solely responsible for custom duties and or taxes assessed by your local government or postal services. Jis Bèl is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

SALES TAX

Jis Bèl is required by law to charge sales tax on all purchases where applicable. Some states charge taxes on both shipping and purchase total. Sales tax is estimated at checkout, the final amount will be reflected on your invoice or order confirmation.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our work, no returns are accepted at this time.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted if items are damaged on arrival or due to sizing/fit issues. Buyers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. To initiate an exchange, please contact us directly at info@jisbel.com within 10 business days after items are delivered with the subject line "EXCHANGE" .   

All items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. Exchanges are based on item availability and availability is not guaranteed.
